Well known that people are always looking for new attraction to spend their time by visiting new, unique, valuable, and meaningful spectacles. What else could it be as a Wild Bird Hospital taking care of birds together with all kind of bird related attractions like a bird zoo and Raptor Rehabilitation Center! What is close to the nature, great place for the community, has a playground, education-, and events center. All based on bird saving what is long time ago a tradition in Székesfehérvár, which has a great location in the center of Hungary, between the Capital Budapest and the Lake Balaton, on the Highway M7, direction Croatian coast.
The idea is strongly supported by the local government of Szekesfehervar; already have a great location in the beautiful nature area.
The Wild birds Hospital has 18 years’ experience in taking care of birds, saving 400 birds life in a year, run its education program for schools for 8 years, meet 3000 children in a year and have 100 school seminar in a year, run by an exotic specialist veterinarian having international business experience as well. The Wild Bird Hospital is looking for investor to build up its Bird Zoo Rehabilitation and Visitor Center as touristic attraction in order to generate income to run its bird protection and children education program.
The estimated sum of this investment is about 300,000 EUR. Return of investment: within 5 years.
